Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order.
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Express delivery can be arrange upon request with additional charge.

All free shipping promotion are only applicable within Southeast Asia country.

Kaididstore products are sold in your country currency,  a delivery duty is unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.

Additional Information About Delivery

We use register mail for standard delivery.

Where possible we will endeavor to send all of the items in your order together. However, if any items in your order are out of stock, we will dispatch those items we have in stock and send the remaining items as soon as possible. Please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of the anticipated delivery date.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the delivery address for your order. When you place an online order, all items in the order must be delivered to the same address.

All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

Saturdays, Sundays and all Holidays are classed as non-working days.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Returns Procedure

We hope you are delighted with your order. Please noted the product all are handmade. However if you are still not completely satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the product value. However, if you would like a refund please email us. If you are returning an item from overseas because it is faulty, then please email us.

When sending a return, please use the returns form on the reverse of your dispatch note together with the returns address label provided and send the parcel via a signed for service. We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit, please include original packaging where possible.

Processing Returns

We try to process returns as quickly as possible; however this can take up to 7 days from the date of receipt during busy periods.


Refunds are usually issued within 1-3 working days from the time we receive your items back at our store address that given to you through email. Refunds would be initiated according to the preferred refund method indicated on your return slip.

You will receive an email notification from us when your refund is processed.

Cancellations Procedure

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.

If you are returning an item from overseas because it is faulty, then please email us. Please note that our Customer Service Department is closed during weekends. We will try to get back to you on your inquiries within 24 hours during weekdays.
